Over the past 33 years, CHISPA has constructed and renovated over 850 single-family homes in Monterey and San Benito Counties. Most of these homes were sold to individual owners, with a small percentage maintained as rentals.
At this time, CHISPA is not building homes for sale.  We hope to build homes again in the future.
