CHISPA Housing Management, Inc. will be accepting preliminary applications for the WAITLIST at our Villa San Miguel in King City for 3 and 4 Bedrooms ONLY. For 3 bedrooms, minimum occupancy is 4 people and maximum occupancy is 7 people. For 4 bedrooms, minimum occupancy is 6 people and maximum occupancy is 9 people.
Waitlist will be opened from February 26, 2026 through March 11, 2026.
