The waiting list for El Estero Apartments will be closed on April 24, 2024. The demand for housing assistance at El Estero Housing greatly exceeds the availability of the units that become available.
We do not anticipate re-opening the waitlist anytime soon. When we do, we will place a notice on the home page of the CHISPA website, www.chispahousing.org, and in the local newspaper.
